NASA Earthdata Webinar Series: MODIS Global Subsetting and Visualization Tool

Описание: The Oak Ridge National Laboratory Distributed Active Archive Center (ORNL DAAC) is one of the twelve NASA Earth Observing System Data and Information System (EOSDIS) DAACs that process, manage, archive and distribute NASA Earth science data for NASA's EOS Program. They have developed a user-friendly MODIS Land Products subsetting tool called the 'MODIS Global Subsetting and Visualization Tool'. Through this tool, users can select subsets of select MODIS land products based upon geographic location or choose from over 1,000 field sites. This tool provides customized subsets in ASCII format on demand for any location on earth from one 1 km x 1 km pixel up to 201 X 201 km.

The focus of this webinar is to showcase the ORNL DAAC's user-friendly MODIS Global Subsetting and Visualization Tool for land products. An overview of this system, available data products, data outputs and a live demonstration is included.
