77 Oil Wells: Supreme Court Judgment Based on a Faulty Boundary Commission Report - Lebo

Описание: The National Boundary Commission abandoned the demarcation of Bakassi and proceeded to relocate oil wells. Cross River State has been proactive in asserting its rights. We have approached the federal government with a comprehensive hydrological and geographical survey. Our own boundary demarcation up to that point has shown that the narrative claiming Cross River is not a littoral state is false. We have direct access to the Atlantic via the Gulf of Benin. Furthermore, we have identified that 67 of these oil wells are within our territory.
