This video was uploaded as a HDR (High Dynamic Range) video. As a result, those viewing this video on a SDR (Standard Dynamic Range) display may experience issues with color accuracy or brightness (i.e. darker than expected). This depends on how good (or bad) YouTube tonemaps the HDR video to SDR.
From 4K releases of "Titanic" (1997) outside the U.S. and Canada.
Titanic (among other James Cameron films) has recently received a 4K release. Since I own so many (too many) copies of this movie, I've decided to cover them. This is from the 2023 Ultra HD Blu-ray release outside the U.S. and Canada. Like with the Paramount logo, I'm surprised to see the Fox logo be preserved/restored (especially when recent theatrical rereleases had the 20th Century Studios logo in place of the Fox logos). When the other Cameron films get released on Ultra HD Blu-ray, I will cover them as well. Meanwhile, this is the last video from me for 2023, so I hope you all have a happy new year.
