Checkered Matcha Milk Bread
▷Ingredients:
Tangzhong:
20g strong flour
100g water
Matcha paste:
2 tsp matcha powder
1 tbsp milk
Main Dough:
280g strong flour
20g caster sugar
3g salt
3g instant yeast
130g milk
15g unsalted butter
▷Suggested fermentation time:
First fermentation 1 hour
Second fermentation 50 minutes
▷Baking information:
Bake at 190°C for 30-35 mins
▷Baking Mould:
Pan size 450g

The amount of water needs to be adjusted according to water absorption of flour, weather and humidity of the day
In hot weather, use lukewarm / cold water or cold milk or eggs; please use warm liquids in cold weather
