The first-ever wellbeing leadership program designed specifically for school principals is delivered through the WOHASU Wellbeing Foundation in collaboration with Dr. Brooks, and Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS), the nation’s third-largest school district, this program aims to build a happier, more resilient school culture through science and practice.

M-DCPS serves over 330,000 students, 50,000 adult learners, and 34,000 employees, making this initiative’s impact one of the largest school well-being efforts in the nation. The program launched with a pilot phase of 54 principals, and is projected to certify all 350 school principals over three years, and expand beyond Miami and the United States.
