Описание: In this serene Saturday summer evening, we visit Agria, a charming village near Volos, during the Fishermen's Night Festival. This traditional celebration features an abundance of fish, fun that lasts until dawn, and the famous fish soup. It also features traditional dance and song.

We begin our walk by the sea, passing by relaxing cafes. A little further down, at 3:00, we encounter the prominent Agios Georgios church of Agria, adding a touch of history to our journey. We continue past bustling cafes and restaurants, immersing ourselves in the lively atmosphere as people gather to enjoy this special night.

At 7:30, we see stands selling 'Halvas Farsalon' (traditional Greek halvah jelly), along with other stands offering jewelry, toys, and small gadgets. At 11:00, we arrive at the main part of the event, the center stage where traditional music will start later in the night.

Passing a quaint fishing harbor and marina, we enter a more serene part of the promenade featuring romantic cafes. Along the way, we pause occasionally to admire the sea and the breathtaking colors of the twilight sky. At 16:30, we see the Valis Resort & Spa, a popular 5-star hotel, hosting a charity sale in its front yard with organic soaps and beauty products, handicrafts like knitwear, handmade bags, wallets and cases, porcelain mugs, jewelry, candles, and much more.

At 24:40, we come across the bustling barbecue and food preparation area of the festival. Here, an assortment of fish and meat is grilled to perfection and divided into portions for guests to purchase and savor. The aroma of freshly cooked seafood and meats fills the air, inviting everyone to indulge in the culinary delights of the festival.

As we walk back to the main event of the night, more people are gathering, and the cafes and restaurants are starting to fill up, ready to serve their delicious fish and meat dishes 'mezedes'. We stroll up and down a little more as the night falls and the atmosphere becomes more lively.
