Onion n Tomato Sabji
Ingredients
Besan Mirchi :
Take a Kadhai and add
2 tbsp – Oil
½ tsp – Mustard Seeds
3 no – Big Chillies Cut into 4
Roast till Getting Marks in skin
Switch Off the Flame and add
2 tbsp - Besan
1/8 tsp – Red Chilli Powder
1/8 tsp – Turmeric Powder
½ tsp – Coriander Cumin Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp - Sugar
½ tsp - Roasted Methi Powder
Mix Properly
½ tsp - Lemon Juice
1 tsp – Coriander Chopped
Mix and keep aside
Sabji:
7 no – Small Onion
2 no – Green Chillies Slit
2 no - Tomato
5 no – Garlic Clove
4 no – Cashew
1 inch – Ginger
Take onion and cut into 4 Pieces
Take a Kadhai add
2 tbsp – Oil
Above onion Cube and Sauté in High Flame and add Tomato, Mix and Sauté for 2-3 min and remove in Plate and Keep Half in same Kadhai and add
Cashew, Garlic, Ginger Mix Properly then add
2 no – Bay Leaf
1 no – Cinnamon Stick
1 no – Black Cardamom
4 no – Clove (Laung )
7-8 no – Whole Black Pepper
Sauté and then add
¼ Cup – Water
Mix and cook for 2 min then Grind Fine
Take a Kadhai and add
2 tbsp - Oil
1 tsp – Cumin
Pinch – Asafoetida (Hing)
2 no – Whole Dry Red Chillies
1 tsp – Kasuri Methi
Pinch – Turmeric Powder
Above Grinded Paste and Cook for 3-4 Min
1 tbsp – Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp – Coriander Cumin Powder
½ tsp – Garam Masala Powder
Salt to taste
Pinch – Sugar
Cook till Oil Separates
½ tsp – Amchur Powder
Sauté Properly
2 tbsp – Malai or Fresh Cream
Cook again 1 min and then add
¼ tsp – Water
Boil and add Onion n Tomato n Slit Chillies, Close the Lid and Cook for 2 min and Garnish with Coriander Leaves Chopped and Serve
