Released in 2011 on iOS devices and 2012 for Android, Six-Guns was one of Gameloft's first major attempts at creating a free-to-play mobile game, allowing access to the full game without any cost by placing progression barriers throughout the campaign, requiring you to pay in-game currency which was hard to come by but could be purchased via micro transactions or level up enough to access them for free which was often quite a grind to achieve.

Taking heavy inspiration from Rockstar's popular Red Dead Redemption which released a year prior in 2010, Six-Guns follows Buck Crosshaw as he attempts to track down the body of his murdered wife only to discover a myriad of dark secrets along the way.
