Описание: Optimal distribution of conveyor circuits is essential, taking into account all entry and exit points, connections to work stations and, principally, the flows, to avoid any bottlenecks. This conveyor has both rollers and chains, enabling changes of direction of 90º and 270º. The rollers are fitted into a bed and the chains are placed on a lifting frame. The height of the chain conveyor is always 50 mm higher than the rollers, to facilitate proper operation.
Combining both components into a single unit is the best way to incorporate direction changes into the circuit. As is the case with chain conveyors, cross transfers can be fitted with three of four strands of chains, if necessary.
Note: There is a built-in hinged bumper to guarantee the proper positioning of the pallet before the transfer takes place.
