Описание: EVG John Kurian grew up in a nurturing and faith-centered environment. His father, a dedicated Bible teacher and one of the earliest leaders of the Brethren assembly movement in Kerala, laid a strong spiritual foundation for him. From a young age, as he engaged with the assemblies, he came to know the Lord and was baptized during his high school years. Beyond the teachings at home and church, his involvement with Operation Mobilization and the Evangelical Union (UESI) significantly contributed to his spiritual development.After completing his degree in English Language and Literature, EVG John spent around ten years in various secular roles in India and the Middle East. While serving as Executive Secretary for Prison Fellowship International in the Asia Pacific Region, he felt a compelling call from the Lord to leave his position and fully commit to teaching and preaching, which he embarked on in 1985.Commended by his home assembly, Puthuppally Brethren Church, in 1986, EVG John has traveled extensively across India and beyond to answer his calling as an itinerant preacher and teacher. The Lord has graciously opened numerous opportunities for him to share the gospel in crusades and teach at church conferences in multiple countries. With a deep passion for youth and families, he dedicates significant time to ministering in youth and family conferences.EVG John also contributes to the teaching ministry at various Bible colleges in India and at the Christian Training Institute in South Korea. He has been blessed to share his message through FEBA radio, reaching millions around the world. Additionally, he has authored two books published by GLC in Mumbai: the first on ‘Christian Family’ (co-authored with two partners) and the second titled ‘Victorious Christian Living.’
