How to replace a corona wire in a laser printer or copier.
The corona wire is a very fine wire, common in many Brother laser printers and copier drum units.
The purpose of the corona wire is to place the initial charge on the OPC drum during the printing of a page.
The defects related to a dirty or defective corona wire are white or black vertical streaks always in the same position.
Sometime, cleaning the corona wire does not solve the problem.
