This is a collaboration video with my friend and one of the Worm Guard inventors Andris Brunovskis. In this video we discuss the idea of using the belt grip as a strong initial entanglement grip for locking your opponent up. The basic idea is to lock you opponent into some grip he can’t escape from easy as a platform to build your guard from in my previous video I talk about three strong grips you can use to accomplish that, this is a fourth and more modern grip I like as well.
