Day 4

I wanted to make my home area look nice AND be repoducable, but I got stuck on the pretty part, cuz Nix can install many packages for you, including the personalisation stuff, but I had no idea how to acesss it, and it made me actually mad... I didn't even look into home Assistant or whatever its name is... cuz just constantly building the next generation of config is enough, let alone do it to my dotfiles.

So after getting mad and nostalging upon Tilix, I wanted to check out other Terminal emulators, but by that time I was malding, and I could not get the energy, so I went to play some darktide...

I need to read more about How nixOS works or leave it behind at all...

The goal of preetying up and make it reproducable... did not work at all...nor the part to break up the nix Configuration, nor the prettying nor checking out terminal emulators...

Ok I looked into more thing that frustrated me... and found something that helped me make something clear

I was not expecting to basically code an OS
i wante to instal an OS reproductablwe way not to install packages and programitically connect them togather.. of xccousre i was confused.
I barealy undersatand how to properly install packages, and then iamn expected to connect them togather? yeah no no wonder i was confused.
when i used these packages years ago theyusualy y is justa comand and it just worked.
I think im missing the "it just worked part"...
