It is a polymeric nanomatrix, conjugated to humanized recombinant CD3 and CD28 agonists. T cell receptors bind to the complex, mimicking natural T cell activation. After the initial T cell activation, T Cell TransAct can be removed by a simple medium wash step. T Cell TransAct can also be used for the activation and expansion of CAR and other engineered T cells.
