Bicycle Day

Описание: THE MUSIC
This is a guitar solo with added AI voice. I recorded myself playing guitar for about 25 minutes using my usual bank of effects and doing my usual thing. I then edited this 25-minute improvisation down to about six minutes, keeping the best parts.

THE VOICE
My son, Elliott, generated the AI voice from a text I provided to him. I told him I was going for a Ken Nordine vibe and he nailed it perfectly. The text itself was chosen using a John Cage-like procedure which I will describe: I like to read and I’ve got lots of books. While I do actually finish many of them, I have to admit that I have a habit (bad habit? I'm not sure).anyway, I have a habit of starting a book and getting distracted by a new one. As a result I have 20-30 books that are only partly read. I took these partially-read books one by one, opened to the bookmark, and then transcribed an evocative sentence from that particular page. From this list I selected what I thought were the most interesting sentences and placed them in an order that seemed to flow well.
