Ubermacht Cypher is just released as part of the dripfeed content of GTA Online Los Santos Tuners update and it is based on the BMW M2/M4. It cost $1,550,000 normal price and $1,162,500 trade price. Showcasing its customization and fully upgraded gameplay in GTA Online new Pursuit Series Race. This video also showcases the 5 unreleased dripfeed liveries and one of them is clearly inspired by NFS Most Wanted 2005.
