Step into the Andes.
Punus Runas is a traditional Andean melody filled with longing, warmth and mountain-air clarity. In this video I perform the piece on quena and panflute, two instruments whose voices are woven deeply into Andean culture.
I wanted to capture the feeling of wandering through high mountain paths, listening to the wind echoing between the peaks — a sound both ancient and alive.
