I thought I would talk about this side of my illness with Crohn's disease and more about why I had ostomy surgery. While I try to stay lighthearted about things like the memory loss, sometimes it upsets me to think I may never get those memories back. Crohn's didn't manage to steal my life, but it stole my memories (and some of my colon... stupid Crohn's...)
