Описание: Time for a traveler’s notebook junk journal with me and this time I am art journaling for mental health. Mental health awareness is something I am very passionate about and by sharing my mental health journaling I hope to reach others.

Today I am journaling about perfectionism in my traveler’s notebook junk journal. It is something I struggle with and although it has gotten better over the years it is still a big deal concerning my mental health. Art journaling, junk journaling or journaling in general about these feelings helps me a lot process them, acknowledge them, relief myself a bit from them and it gives me some time to think about the mental health issue I am journaling about at that time. Art and journaling are truly a lifesaver for me and I can’t imagine how I would deal with these feelings without my journals. With this video I hope to reach you to let you know that you are not alone and that there is nothing wrong with struggling with your mental health. It is okay and you will be okay.
