Описание: The latest chapter in the Craig Jungwirth saga has come to a close. Craig Jungwirth pleaded no contest to aggravated stalking on January 9. A judge sentenced him to four years of supervised mental health probation and barred him from contacting the victim through electronic means. The deal is considered a partial victory for Jungwirth. He avoided wearing an electronic monitoring device, and his probation will be monitored over Zoom from Osceola County. Earlier in the hearing, Jungwirth rejected a plea deal that required the monitor. The case dates back to February 2023, when Jungwirth began targeting James Tyrcha, a local barber. Using Tyrcha’s online booking system, Jungwirth filled the calendar with fake appointments, costing the business thousands of dollars. He was arrested in spring 2024, skipped bail, and was rearrested in September, remaining in jail since. Jungwirth remains jailed due to a sealed civil case in Orange County. Reporting credit for this story goes to OutSFL’s John Hayden, who has been leading coverage of this story for years.
