Here we start with single leg forward hops to sprint. The athletes must focus on moving through the cones as fast as possible, then exploding/ accelerating out of the cones as fast as possible. This is a great drill for coordination balance single leg strength development and explosiveness.
Then we go into the athletes performing band resisted kettle Bill swings. This is great for developing hip explosiveness and power. This will translate to making the athletes more explosive in the hips, therefore, making the athlete jump higher, further and help increase stride length.
The last show you see that at least perform is rollout. This is to help strengthen the athletes core. Core strength is possibly the most underrated muscle group development when it comes to making athletes faster and more explosive.
