BGC'ers Scott Anderson and Cole Christiansen are touring the United States with the Ada Platform( Ada) in support of the U.S. Federal Highway Administration’s 5th Every Day Counts (EDC-5) Initiative
Using a site for twin bridges for grade separation at an intersection in Minnesota, they use this video to show how different means of site investigation add an understanding of subsurface conditions. The understanding improves design efficiency and reduces risk in construction and the risk of contract escalation and construction schedule delays.
