Samara Weaving made her screen debut in 2008 at age 14 in the Australian soap opera Out of the Blue. She later starred as Indigo "Indi" Walker in Home and Away from 2009 to 2013, earning a nomination for Best Female Performance at the AACTA Awards.
Weaving began modeling in 2012 and gained recognition with her role in Ash vs Evil Dead in 2015. Her breakout came in 2019 with the comedy-horror film Ready or Not, which established her as a scream queen, followed by a role in Guns Akimbo.
In 2020, she starred in Last Moment of Clarity and reprised her role in The Babysitter: Killer Queen. She appeared in Snake Eyes and Hulu's Nine Perfect Strangers in 2021.
