1. General introduction:
The XR series shredder is a universal shredder developed by our factory and can effectively shred for most materials. Low energy consumption, high output, and easy to move. Users can choose different models according to the size of the material and the required processing volume to achieve the goal of “limited resources, unlimited recycling”. This series of shredders can generally be used to shred hard-to-break plastics, rubber, tires, nylon plastics, car bumpers, discarded fishing nets, plastic pipes, fibers, paper, electrical components, cables, circuit boards, wood, etc.
2. Characters:
2.1. Suitable for recycling all kinds of large solid materials, refractory materials, plastic containers and plastic barrels, plastic pads. The shredded granules can be as small as 20 mm depending on the requirements. Various feeding hoppers are available upon request. The device rotates at low speed, low noise and is more energy efficient.
2.2. The single-shaft shredder consists of a movable cutter and a fixed cutter to complete the function of shredding materials. The cutter head is composed of a base shaft and a plurality of square-shaped movable cutter blocks. The movable block has 4 cutting edges and can be replaced. The movable cutter blocks are arranged in a V-shaped multiple row along the base shaft, and are fixed on the base shaft by screws, and rotate together with the base shaft to form a movable cutter disc. There are two sets of static knives that are fixed to the frame. The material is pushed by the horizontal hydraulic cylinder to feed the cutter head. The speed is smooth and adjustable, and the propulsive force is large and uniform. Suitable for recycling all kinds of large solid materials, irregular and difficult materials, plastic containers and plastic barrels, tubes, films, fibers, paper and so on. The spindle speed is 45~100 rpm.
2.3. Different tool holders can be used for different materials, and the correct selection of the knife stick can greatly improve the performance and production efficiency of the equipment. The knife sticks that our factory now offers are: high-performance knife sticks, hard material knife sticks and film knife sticks.
2.4. At the same time, we chose different tool sticks. At the same time, our factory also designed different tool holder installation methods for the characteristics of non-material: welding type movable knife holder, detachable movable knife holder, and integrated movable knife holder.
