The inspiration behind Ope Lese was to express my joy at the goodness of God to me and how it made me want to dance and praise this good, great God with praise in my feet!!

The songs invites you to come before The King of kings thinking of all He has done for you and praise Him even with your feet!

I remember during the music production phase, receiving a draft of the song from my producer while in transit at an airport. I literally stood up to dance and praise to the groove and the lyrics of the song.

The Yoruba culture of Western Nigeria, is known for its joyful dance before kings and this song drew from that culture to bring praise in dance to Christ the King.
