6. Inside the axle of the Ferris Wheel to the left of the lever, you must energize the wheel 7 times and the right one of the 2 axles will blow up revealing a rose inside.

7. Inside the most bottom right balloon over in the market room balloon stand. You can either pop this with some ammo or have a splicer beat on you infront of the stand until it pops.
