The first ruler that was rescued, the Hero of Chaos Cow Cow now that we have finished the terror of Hard Difficulty with a Ruler Story, we can relax a bit on Normal Difficulty, still it was really fun and i didn't expect i could do it without his 4th weapon, since he is known to be the strongest character of the game with it.
