EU Pork master classes for chefs organised in the framework of the "European Pork. Excellence From Farm to Fork" campaign by Interporc and Agrupalto, financed with aid from the European Union.
Over 240 chefs from 4 different cities participated in a series of master classes about EU pork in Chengdu, Dalian, Guangzhou and Hefei in cooperation with New East Cuisine Cooking School. Chefs learnt about the key characteristics of EU pork and its usage in both Chinese and Western cuisine as well as about ham carving, with theory classes and practical sessions.
