Railroad Crossings of the CN Waukesha Sub

Описание: The CN Waukesha Sub runs from Madison St. in Forest Park, IL, to Fond Du Lac, WI along former Wisconsin Central nee SOO Line trackage. It is a favorite line of mine since I watched many trains along it as a kid.

The crossings on this line are a mixed bag with many older and newer installs. Most gateless installs from the WC days were upgraded by CN, but many of the gated installs from the WC days still remain. There's also a small amount of Safetran Type 1s from the early days of CN's ownership, but aside from that most other bells are GS or Safetran/Siemens E Bells, with only a handful of mechanical bells remaining, at least north of Antioch. South of Antioch, there's some WCH bells on pedestrian crossings and pedestrian gates.
