Описание: Cyclone Ditwah continues to move parallel to the Tamil Nadu–Puducherry coast, bringing intense rainfall, strong winds and flooding across several districts including Chennai, Cuddalore, Nagapattinam and Chengalpattu. IMD says the system will not make landfall but will weaken while brushing the coastline, with red alerts issued across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and parts of Andhra Pradesh. Relief teams and disaster response forces remain on high alert.
