I wrote a story about Mijoo and Jungdo, a bit different than Squad 38.
Mi joo and Hak joo are cousins and they work together to con people. But someday things went wrong. Hakjoo got caught and got into prison. He met with Jungdo there. Jungdo is a swindler
like Hakjoo therefore they became close immediately and made a deal with each other.
After Hakjoo got into prison Mi joo decided to have a break from being a con artist.
Then hakjoo calls her and says he found a smart con artist in prison. Since Jungdo will be out of the prison before he gets out. She should work with him.
At first Mi joo didn't really want that. Cuz she hates working with strangers. But there's no other way since she can't do the job alone, and there's really important work to be done , so she unwillingly accept to work with him,
She went to pick him up from prison. That's when she first saw him and can't help but fall in love.(1:33-1:41) Cuz he was completely different from what she'd imagined.
AND THEN THEY BECOME PARTNERS IN CRIME AND FALL IN LOVE. OBVIOUSLY.
