Sneaking into Bolivian Heaven (and getting caught) 🇧🇴

Описание: We tried to sneak our way into Bolivian heaven, things didn't really go to plan...

Today started with a lift across Bolivia's extreme high altitude plains to one of the world's cheapest hotels, for about $4 it was pretty bloody basic but definitely did the job.

Bags dropped off we headed straight into Sajama national park, surrounded by snow capped volcanoes and mountains this place is unreal.

We paid the scandalous entry fee, ate an uneventful lunch then set off out walking through some of the most incredible landscapes in all of South America.

Feeling like lazy dossers we jumped into a taxi, chewed some coca leaves with our new friends and made our way to some of Bolivia's greatest hot springs. This'll be fun we thought.

Turns out the hot springs are 'apparently' all privately owned... A bloke sitting in a shed wanted us to pay him to be in the area. No chance, instead we snuck into the hot springs and enjoyed what have to be some of the best views on earth.

Of course our mate came to kick us out so off we went, walking the 3 hours back to Sajama.
On the way we came across a tiny village where we met a local Bolivian bloke who has lived there forever. He showed us how he lived, we had a good old chat then off we went on the journey back to our super luxury $4 hotel for the night in the freezing cold 4500m altitude plains of Bolivia.

Bolivia's Sajama national park is extremely remote, bloody freezing cold and absolutely gorgeous.
Definitely worth getting kicked out of I'll tell you that. South America is stunning.
