In this video, Mr Theunis Heunis, CoW's Section Engineer: Housing, gives more information about the Council's Affordable Housing Project. This project is an initiative between the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development, the City of Windhoek, National Housing Enterprise and the Khomas Regional Council which aims at constructing affordable houses for residents of informal settlements in Khomas Region.
