Assing Tickets via Ticket type and Team.
Assign Tickets automatically and manually using Ticket Type and Team configuration. In Configuration menu click Ticket Type to open form. Now add Ticket Type, Based On Healdesk Team option selection set Helpdesk Team and Based on Users option selection set users to resolve tickets.
There are Assign Tickets automatically and manually using Team users using Helpdesk Team menu.
