In this video, I talk about what I call the kinesthetic response - the idea that when you swing the club with the right intent, your body will often respond dynamically, athletically, and naturally. Instead of forcing positions, manipulating your pivot, or trying to “sequence” every body part, you can create better motion by improving the movement of the club and allowing the body to organize around it.
This concept can be a game changer for golfers who feel tight, mechanical, or stuck over the ball. This is especially powerful for 50+ golfers and aging athletes who feel stuck and restricted.
