In this video, I’m building the foundation of my Darth Nihilus cosplay from Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2, including the Sith cloak, pleated hakama pants, and EVA foam belt.
This build focuses on sewing and foam crafting techniques like French seams, fabric weathering, pleating, decorative stitching, EVA foam texturing, heat sealing, and priming with Flex Grund. Since my reference image was very pixelated, I took a few creative liberties while keeping the dark Sith aesthetic intact.
Part 2 will cover the layered shirts, and Part 3 focuses on the Darth Nihilus mask.
