This rom is a color enhaced hack made by Pyron, and has an audio patch made by Stephane Dallongeville. There is also a filtered version of the audio patch, wich is what i'm playing here.
It sounds considerably better than the original Genesis version, and looks... I don't know if this color make it look closer to the arcade version, but looks subtly different.
