Tracking Symptoms For The COVID-UPP Study

Описание: Along with Haylie Pomroy, Dr. Ana Palacio discusses symptom tracking in the COVID-UPP study.

Dr. Palacio explains that participants do not need to have any lab tests or blood draws and are only required to complete a questionnaire to see if they qualify.

Participants will answer questionnaires sent via email or text, allowing them to participate remotely. They must reside in South Florida to participate in the study. Even though Stage 1 simply includes questionnaires, Stage 2 requires an in-person visit.

This helps researchers track how the disease progresses over time, providing a formal understanding of the disease's trajectory.
