First J.CO Reserve in Cebu 🇵🇭 | Premium Coffee, V60 & Syphon Brewing at Ayala Center Cebu

Описание: I got invited to the grand launch of the J.CO Reserve Ayala Center Cebu, and honestly, this one felt special from the very start. Since it was an early event, I already knew I was in for a breakfast-and-coffee kind of morning—and J.CO Reserve delivered.

Before all the eating and drinking began, the energy kicked off with a beautiful Sinulog performance by our friends from the San Diego dancers, setting the tone for a truly Cebuano celebration. From there, we got to know more about the J.CO Reserve concept and what makes it different—from the premium space to their innovative and handcrafted coffee brewing methods.

We were treated to a live coffee demo featuring V60 and syphon brewing, using beans sourced from South America. Watching the process up close really makes you appreciate how much care goes into every cup—and yes, the coffee was really, really good.

For the food, here’s what I had:
• Starter: Mushroom Soup
• Main Dish: Wagyu Steak Al Ajillo
• Premium Donut: Marshmallow

Everything was indulgent and well thought out, making J.CO Reserve feel like a perfect spot for brunch, a relaxed coffee date, or even a quiet workday escape.
