Gala Pie in the HYSapientia 24 litre

Описание: These Gala ones were really tasty and cooked lovely at 140 for 52 minutes in our Hysapientia 24L
We have noticed the part where we made the three holes in the top of the pastry is missing, we used a piping bag nozzle to cut these holes.👌

INGREDIENTS
2x 1 lb loaf tins
For the Pastry
500g Strong White Bread Flour
200g Lard (NO Substitute)
185g Cold Water
6g Salt

For the Filling
900g Minced Pork
100g Dry Bread crumbs
30g (2 tbsp) Pork Pie Seasoning
8x Hard Boiled Eggs

The secret Seasoning mix
66g salt
30g white pepper
1quarter tsp mustard powder
1quarter tsp cayenne pepper
1 half tsp nutmeg

For the Gel
300ml of chicken stock we used two cubes
1 packet of gelatine
