3 Days Backpacking the Canadian Rockies with Only Canadian Gear!

I tested backpacking gear from Canada's most popular outdoor brand, Mountain Equipment Company, on a three day backpacking trip in the Canadian Rockies! MEC is often referred to as, "Canada's REI" but you rarely see MEC gear on trail in the United States. So I journeyed to Alberta, Canada to test the "REI of Canada" in the Canadian wilderness, as well as a few other pieces of gear from Canadian made or designed brands, to find out if Mountain Equipment Company gear was worth more attention. Of course I couldn't embark on this adventure without one of Canada's most popular backpacking YouTubers showing me the ropes of what it's like to backpack in the remote Canadian Rockies. I am talking, of course, about my good friend ‪@JustinOutdoors‬! Justin We spent 3 stormy days together backpacking a rugged section of the Great Divide Trail, and had epic fun, as well as some serious struggles, along the way.
