Solid vs Chambered Swamp Ash Warmoth Telecaster. Basically everything is the same except the bodies. Brazilian Rosewood fretboard, quartersawn maple neck. Jescar Evo frets. Lollar Vintage T pickups and using bridge pickup. I did install new pots and tone cap. It is tough though to replicate exactly the strum of the E 0079900 and A x02220 from days earlier. The interesting thing is the guitar body resonates with the human body moreso than solid body IMO so the notes and chords are felt. That is what used to freak me out with my old Line 6 Variax that I eBayed years ago. A Line 6 digital alternate tuning made my ears hear one pitch and my body feel another and it just felt like something was clashing. Maybe that is why some people like acoustic guitars, because the body can feel the notes and chords. IMO the chambered body helps in that regard.
First sound is E with open E, B and e through a FOXROX Captain Coconut 2 into a Boss DD-500 into a Genz Benz Black Pearl 30 recorded with a Shure KSM 27. Second is open A with CC2 off. But again, a week or two between the recordings.
Audio is hopefully panned correctly hard left and hard right consistent with the visual.
