主料:
牛奶:150克(1/2杯+2大勺)
黄油:30克(2大勺+1/4茶勺+1/8teaspoon)
糖:25克(1大勺)
玉米淀粉:30克(2大勺)
糯米粉:100克(3/4杯+1/2大勺)
果汁:150克(1/2杯+2大勺)
辅料:
淡奶油:300克(1杯+1/4cup)
糯米粉(炒熟):50克(1/3杯+1/2大勺)
糖:30克(1大勺+1/2tablespoon)
吉利丁片:5克
水烧开,蒸25分钟,加入黄油揉匀后,冰箱冷藏2小时。
小贴士:
不同的粉吸水性不同,牛奶换成果汁,果汁的用增加量加5-10g.
配方中的用量分成10份或者12份,擀好的饼皮厚度约3mm左右。
做好的雪媚娘放冰箱冷藏20分钟左右,再食用,口感更佳。

Bring the water to a boil, steam for 25 minutes, rub in the butter and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Tips:
Different powders have different water absorbency, and if milk is replaced with juice, the amount of juice is increased by 5-10g.
