Recipe Ingredients: Pork Country Ηouse for our Holiday Tables

Ingredients:

▪ The juice of 2 oranges (250 ml)
▪ 1/2 cup water (100 ml)
▪ 1 teaspoon salt (12 gr.)
▪ 1 teaspoon oregano
▪ 1 teaspoon mixed spices for meat
▪ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
▪ HEMP TWINE - EASTER LAMB TWINE / Which does not burn easily or Otherwise cooking twine
▪ Paper baking and Aluminum Foil
