No budget for pork sisig? Don’t worry! Here’s our own version of sisig that is very affordable and easy to make. No pork! No meat! Only TUNA. Try it now! For full recipe below.
INGREDIENTS:
1 can big tuna
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 green chili finger
2 red chili (labuyo)
1 thumb size ginger minced
2 red onions sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup crushed chicharon (pork rinds)
3 pcs calamansi
