Chocolate Fudge Cake 🍫🔥
18 or 20 cm (7 or 8 inch) round pan.
Ingredients for the cake:
125 g dark chocolate
100 g unsalted butter
190 g all-purpose flour
30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
200 g sugar
2 eggs
60 ml vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
200 ml water + decaffeinated coffee (or just water)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 50 minutes.
Tips:
Let it cool before removing from the pan, otherwise it will break.
