Simon Duranty-Day, the Australian man who constantly claims he is the secret son of King Charles and Queen Camilla, is gearing up for his latest legal gambit to prove his royal lineage. Since 2005, Durante-Day has strongly maintained that he was born to Charles and Camilla during their teenage years and was later put up for adoption at the age of eight months.

And with King Charles and Queen Camilla scheduled to embark on an Australian tour later in 2024, Durante-Day sees an opportune moment to push his claims to the fore. He plans to take legal action against the royal couple as soon as they set foot on Australian soil, with the aim of forcing them to undergo a paternity test.


"What [legal action] am I going to do this time? Well, I'd be a very silly person when he comes to the same jurisdiction as me to not do something," Durante-Day told 7 News.

“But I think I'd be even more ridiculous if I let that cat out of the bag now.

"You know, there's always something going on in the background here at our house. It never stops. People think that just because things are quiet on Facebook, [the issue] is quiet, but it doesn't stop. We're hammering hard into the background."

“I have taken a step in the family court to hold a meeting with them, and I have asked the family court to order them to have a meeting with us privately while they are here.

“That was closed for reasons I can easily argue.

“What usually happens is I get contacted, and they do it in a variety of ways. They did it when I was working in government.

"I got a phone call and they asked me about my movements when they were coming to the Gold Coast for the Commonwealth Games. [They said] 'We won't ask you to stay away but you're not going.' here you are?"
