After an incredible time at the Eras Tour in Edinburgh, we met up with ‪@claireandpeter‬ for an epic road trip around the Scottish highlands🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 A month later, we returned to Scotland to celebrate Dan's Swedish grandma's 90th birthday, and we now feel ready to evaluate Scotland as a potential place to live!

We started our road trip from Edinburgh, driving via Dunkeld to Inverness. From there, we visited Loch Ness and the Great Glen, before making it to Fort William. We explored Glenfinnan, including the iconic Jacobite train (the Hogwarts Express from the Harry Potter movies) and Camusdarach Beach outside Morar on the west coast. Finally, we checked out Glencoe (and Hagrid's hut) on the way down to Glasgow.

When we came back for our family trip, we stayed outside a town called Dollar in Clackmannanshire. Together with Dan's family, we visited lots of places like St Andrews, Stirling, Elie and Earlsferry, Kinross, and more.
