Ingredients for Purnache Dind
For making Puran - Sweet Bengal Gram stuffing
3/4 cup Bengal Gram / Chana Dal
1/2 cup grated or powdered jaggery / Gur
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder / Haldi
1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder / Elaichi
1/4 teaspoon crushed Fennel Seeds / Saunf
1/4 teaspoon Ginger powder / Saunth
Pinch of Nutmeg powder / Jaifal
2 teaspoon oil
For Outer covering / wrap
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoon hot ghee/ clarified butter
Salt to taste
Other Ingredients :
1-2 tablespoon ghee
Banana leaf (optional)

Ingredients for Kaanole:
Whole Wheat flour - 1 1/2cups
Grated Jaggery - 1/4 cup
Oil - 3 tbsp
Pinch of Salt

Ingredients for Suji Kheer
Suji - 2 tbsp
Ghee / clarified butter - 1 tsp
Whole Cow milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Nuts - 1/4 cup ( I have used Almond, Cashews and and Walnuts)
Few Raisins
Few strands of Saffron
Cardamom and Nutmeg Powder - 1/4 tsp
