hello wonderful people, welcome to my first video in 2026,
this is a 13 minutes upper body workout video
here in this video,the workout targets the arms, chest, shoulders,back and core.
It is very intense workout,some parts of the workout is done using a dumbbell simulator ( filled water cans), others are done without any equipment.
This exercise also helps to life saggy breast.
doing this will tone the arms and back and support the breast.
